Guest bedroom #3 is downstairs, and has it's own private bath and sliding glass door to the balcony. There are also ocean views over the canopy.
The living and dining area is cozy, with numerous sofas and comfortable chairs around the house. There is a formal dining table, as well as a breakfast table on the balcony. There's 56-inch TV, a stereo and wifi throughout.

Casa Sophia is a hidden gem in Manuel Antonio. It's ideal for those people who prefer to be slightly off the beaten path to being along the busy main road. While still only a 10-minute drive to several beaches, the national park, Quepos and the Pez Vela marina--it enjoys the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood, and the peace of the surrounding nature. Being at eye-level with the rainforest canopy allows you to see the animals up close--from the pesky monkeys who trespass to drink the pool water to the butterflies that bedizen its green crown. Sloths, toucans, scarlet macaws, aracaris and iguanas are all common sights among the treetop branches.
In terms of location it hardly gets better: Casa Sophia is located about midway between Quepos / marina and the national park / main beach, half a mile off the main road. Thus it enjoys the quietude and nature of a residential neighborhood while still being within a 10 minute drive to everything. Nearby are some of the area's best restaurants, including the new Mercadito--a local food court with live music and a game room for the kids. Or perhaps you'd like to try the local cuisine at the Cerdo Feliz, just around the corner from Casa Sophia?
Casa Sophia provides all of the modern day comforts of home, while being the ideal getaway. Spend your days exploring the national park, beaches and mountains--and your afternoons sipping coffee (or wine) around the pool while defending your afternoon snack from the monkeys!
