Reservations & Policies:

Please use the calendar below to check availability for our Casa Sophia Costa Rica rentals and submit a reservation request. Please note that you do NOT need to submit your credit card details to complete the request.

Our payment and cancellation policies for reservations in Costa Rica are as follows:

· 50% payment is due within 3 days of making the reservation.

· The remaining 50% payment is required 30 days prior to your reservation.

· For cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a 100% refund.

· Unfortunately, for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in, there are NO refunds.

· Payment methods include wire transfer (with no fee) or credit card (with a 3% processing fee).
